For us olives are as much a matter of care as of production
Based in Akhisar, Manisa, Durmuşoğlu Zeytincilik operates in table olive production, fermentation, packaging and export.
At our own plant, under our own control
Quality olives harvested from our own groves in the Akhisar region and purchased from local growers are stored during harvest, and fermentation is carried out at our own facility.
Our range covers the Gemlik, Uslu, Domat and Edremit varieties in glass jars, PET jars, vacuum packs and tins. In addition to the standard products in our catalogue, we can produce according to customer requests.
For our olive oil products we use only extra virgin olive oil extracted from four olive varieties native to the Akhisar region, described by its light aroma and smooth taste. Pressing without delay after harvest and maintaining a consistent quality are the two most important factors behind our standard.
Since our journey began in 2014, human health and customer satisfaction have been our priorities. We continuously renew our production facility while preserving our traditional production methods.

Sourcing
We source olives during harvest from our own groves in the Akhisar region and from local and contract growers.

Harvest and storage
Harvested olives are received at our plant under appropriate storage conditions and separated by variety.

Fermentation
Fermentation is carried out at our own facility and managed according to the variety and the target product type.

Processing and calibration
Olives are processed as scratched, cracked, sliced, stuffed or whole, then separated into caliber ranges.

Packaging
Glass jars, plastic jars, vacuum packs and tins, with off-catalogue packaging requests also evaluated.

Dispatch and export
Orders are prepared with box quantities and weight details, then planned for domestic and export shipments.
